Independent £70m T/O Logistics Business

Global Independent Haulage and Logistics business which had experienced significant growth over the last five years. Company had rebranded and restructured and now needed to assess the current management team and offer appropriate training and development programmes. Challenge was to enable senior management to deal with day to day operational issues and empower them to make more decisions without the intervention of executives and experts at strategic level. This was achieved through design and delivery of a 1 day workshop to gain an understanding of the business, the staff and the issues that needed to be addressed. Following this, a further workshop was designed and delivered to explain technical and operational issues to management and train them in how to deal with these issues on a day to day basis.
